Traditional Thai Massage
Thai massage comes from Thailand and is quite unlike an oil massage. Your therapist uses palms, thumbs and forearms to apply steady pressure along the lines of the body, then guides you into a series of assisted stretches.
It feels active rather than sleepy: many guests describe it as being stretched by someone else, without doing the work themselves, and feel looser and lighter afterwards.

Thai massage is traditionally given over loose, comfortable clothing. Ask us when you book what will be provided for your session.
Does Thai massage hurt?
It should never hurt. Some stretches feel intense, and firm pressure can be strong, but your therapist adjusts both to you. Say so at any time if you want it gentler.
Is Thai massage done with oil?
Traditional Thai massage is a dry massage without oil. If you would prefer an oil massage, an Arabic or full body massage is a better choice.
How is Thai massage different from a regular massage?
